Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and surga99 ("surga99", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the surga99 website located at https://surga99.cam and all related services, products, and features offered therein.

surga99 is an online sportsbook and live casino platform operated under an international online gambling licence. The Platform is designed and optimised for players in Malaysia, providing sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related gambling services. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds, or placing a bet on surga99, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on surga99 to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's surga99 Account, comprising deposited funds and any eligible bonus funds separately accounted for.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which surga99 confirms a Player's identity and eligibility, including collection of valid identification documents and proof of address.
• "Platform" means the surga99 website, mobile interface, and all associated gambling services accessible at https://surga99.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or who has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be wagered in qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Account balance to a verified personal payment method in MYR.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on surga99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. surga99 does not permit gambling by persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 above.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your own jurisdiction to access and use online gambling services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before registering or using surga99.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from surga99 or any gambling platform participating in a self-exclusion scheme to which surga99 is a party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of surga99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Registration & Account Management

Registration on surga99 requires submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on surga99 at any given time. The following constitute duplicate account indicators that will trigger investigation and potential account suspension:

• Matching full name, date of birth, or national identification number
• Shared payment methods, including bank account numbers, e-wallet accounts, or DuitNow-registered phone numbers
• Identical device fingerprints or persistent IP address overlap
• Matching residential address with another active account

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. surga99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify surga99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

surga99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure. Standard KYC documents include:

• Valid Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding 3 months (bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong; or utility bill registered to the player's address)
• Selfie photograph holding the primary identification document

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the Player's own verified name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50 applies across all payment methods.
• surga99 targets a processing window of under 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary based on third-party payment system availability.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• surga99 reserves the right to perform additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Bonuses & Promotions

surga99 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. surga99 may exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from deposited funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Maximum bet during active bonus play is typically MYR 250–500 per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds carry an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Unclaimed or unplayed bonuses will expire automatically.
• surga99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover") specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal may be requested. For example, a 15× wagering requirement on a MYR 200 bonus requires a total of MYR 3,000 in qualifying bets to be completed.

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may have restricted contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Birthday & Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the Player's verified VIP tier as recorded in their account profile at the time the bonus is issued. Tier-based amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP Diamond). Valid identification confirming date of birth is required. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per qualifying referral are credited to both the referring Player and the new Player upon satisfaction of the qualifying deposit and wagering conditions.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and casino products on surga99. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and NBA), and casino game variants are published in the product-specific rules sections accessible from within each betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. surga99 does not accept requests to cancel, alter, or reverse placed bets unless a clear technical error on our part can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing — including but not limited to grossly incorrect lines caused by data feed failures — surga99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake amount.
• Maximum single-bet stakes and maximum winning limits apply and are displayed within each market. surga99 reserves the right to limit any Player's maximum stakes at its discretion.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for the bet to pay. Any void leg in a Mix Parlay will reduce the parlay by one leg (the odds of the void selection will be treated as 1.00).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. surga99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Casino game results are determined by Certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. All RNG outcomes are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of probability.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on surga99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements with no genuine gambling intent.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider after depositing funds on surga99.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to achieve a guaranteed outcome, including in poker or live dealer games.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies on the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written approval from surga99.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, forging KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.

Intellectual Property

All content on the surga99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds feeds, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of surga99 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal gambling purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of surga99.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any ownership rights in any surga99 intellectual property to any Player.

Privacy & Data Protection

surga99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at surga99.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by surga99 includes identity information (name, date of birth, national ID number), contact information (email address, phone number), financial information (payment method details, transaction history), device and usage data (IP address, browser type, session logs), and KYC documentation as required for verification.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, surga99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability;
• Any loss or corruption of data, interruption of service, or platform downtime caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss arising from duplicate account activity, bonus misuse, or failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal platform use, as gambling inherently involves financial risk accepted by the Player.

surga99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Termination by surga99

surga99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited activities as listed in Section 8
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a connected responsible-gambling body

Upon termination for cause, surga99 may forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Any legitimate deposited funds not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting surga99 customer support. Pending wagers will be settled according to the applicable game and market rules. Remaining eligible balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method upon closure confirmation.

Amendments to These Terms

surga99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, surga99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where reasonably practicable, surga99 will notify active Players of significant amendments via in-platform notification or email.

Your continued access to and use of the surga99 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. surga99 recommends checking this page at the beginning of each calendar quarter for any updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which surga99 holds its primary operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and surga99, the Player is encouraged to first contact surga99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. surga99 will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to the support email address.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent surga99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
